The most painful stage is when they prick your thumb to collect few drops of blood to see if it sinks in some sort of solution. If it sinks, then you can donate your blood.

After this, they make you lie down and relax a bit. They take your blood pressure and then put the needle and start collecting the blood. It doesn’t hurt during the blood collection. It took around 5 minutes.

When it finished, they gave me a juice and some biscuits. I am very much relieved now 🙂
