Google in Creole. What a Mess!?

Seriously, Google in Creole is a ******* joke. Who uses that or even who wants to use that? Translating programs into creole is fun and is done for fun (and also an easy way to fool government that we need creole as a language and hence steal our money) :@

Usually when i’m not logged in on Gmail, Google is in that Creole language. Today, it was in Creole even while logged in. It’s a real PITA to set it to English again.

Going in the preference, it showed me me this. I tried to look for English (UK) or English (US). But it was all translated.

I thought Breton would stand for Britain but it was not. I was further lost into dunno what language. I couldn’t understand any of those untill i finally recognized “Kreole Seselwa”. Then i looked for something that could sound like “Anglais”. And There It Was! Listed as “Angle”  :-S

A basic Human Computer Interaction (HCI) principle has been extremely violated here.

People choose their main languages because either they do not understand it or are not at ease with it.

It has always been the case that each language in a list are listed in their own languages. English language should be able to be spotted very quickly.

Google really let me down this time 🙁
